remodeling.  An initial presentation John gave regarding the project was forthright and objective.  Options and

not considered, and perspective on the modifications we proposed. 

When construction began, John was our sole point of contact for the entire job and managed other contractors so

Michele and I just had to write to tell you how pleased we are with our finished basement! The quality of your work has far exceeded our expectations! In addition to the work done and the materials chosen, there were other elements involved with the project that left us very impressed. We had a concern about the rest of the house getting dirty from the sanding and paint, but your cleaning up every day made that a non-issue. Planning and designing the layout of our basement was difficult when looking at a completely empty room. The recommendations you made helped not only with the layout, but actually saved us money! Your idea to make the walls exactly 12 feet across helped reduce the wasted carpet from 20% down to 11% (according to the company that installed our carpet.)

As you know, lighting can help make or break the appearance of a basement. Your design and choice of lighting gave us the look we wanted. Your recommendations for adding extra cable and phone outlets were a very good idea because they have been used often; we never would have thought of that had we not gotten your advice.
